Pros. Location was okay...about a block away from bars, stores, and restaurants
Cons. The pictures on line are deceiving. Although it might look updated, there were corners that were cut. Walls need to be cleaned, drains fixed, no hot water in the sink, please get new pillows!

Cons. The management did not care that the hotel was in awful condition and dirty. The toilet ran the entire visit. Management said to turn the toilet water off and on with each use. The phone was disconnected ( No cable into the wall) so no wake up call was received. The last guest's soap with their pubic hair left in the shower. Horrible hotel with management that did not care at all and were rude. It was not worth what i paid. Remove it from your list of offerings.

Cons. No elevator for handicapped person, no prepaid transportation from the airport as advertised, hazhardous location of an ashtray on the outside post at the top of the stairs.
Pros. The room and the bathroom were updated. This motel is at a good location. There was a flat screen tv with a good variety of channels.
Cons. The variety for the continental breakfast was lacking. I suggest requesting a room not facing Lombard. Our room was on Lombard and it was noisy.
Pros. Clean, Quiet rooms, Good value for the money, I would recommend this.
Cons. Clerk was not very friendly, As us the customers are his paycheck, most of the time not there. Cheesy little prepacked Danish for the breakfast.

Pros. Its hard to find a clean motel that includes parking and a private bathroom in Sam Francisco for around $100 per night. This motel provided all that.
