Great location, comfy beds, super clean!
No guest laundry unless you rented a suite.
All were nice, facility was clean, & had lots of parking for guest.
Excellent until got robbed
I pretty much like everything, I was expecting something different but the experience was totally fine until somethings disappeared from my bedroom such as a ring and a brand new pair of Nike's with the box that I purchased the night before.
Staff were rude when I complain about the missing thing from my bedroom. Left the sign up for "do not disturb" but maide still went in and cleaned it. I am not suggesting that house keeping stole the things but they were the only ones that went in the room. So sad that management do not care about the reputation of the hotel. WATCH YOUR STUFF!!!!! 2+2=4
Reasonable retreat in San Francisco
Great front desk staff, price is great for the area. Nice neighborhood
Location and clean
Our veiw was of the room across from us nothing else
I liked the location, near tourist spots. There were an amazing amount of great restaurants within two blocks of the motel. There was adequate parking. The room was fairly large and comfortable. It was secure, with keyed entry from garage to elevators. The people at the desk were very nice.
Lombard Ave. Is a busy street and it was noisy in the room from the traffic. Our room overlooked the street.
