Pros (+) Front desk quite helpful & friendly The location is great, and is very close to Chestnut Street with the Muni bus system. Overall I will stay here again, now that I know how things work. Did get good rate ($80/nite)
Cons (-) Cold: no heat & only 1 thin blanket Lukewarm shower - will get hot one if the water is run about 10 minutes or so, per front desk - but didn't know this for the first morning:( Not enough towels (no washcloths/bath towels) Solutions: Front desk was great about giving me everything I needed. Got initially second blanket -almost slept well and then W/3rd blanket slept better. Wall heater nonfunction...
