The mattress- the restaurant - the bathtub
Beautiful hotel, in a great location. It is swanky and if you want to experience SF in style it is definitely worth considering. We went round Thanksgiving and the decorations were something else. Lovely roomy bedrooms, really comfortable and clean. Staff are polite and helpful.
It is very pricey, room service / drinks at the bar are expensive. Room service was also "ok" and you dont really expect just ok for that cost. One major draw back for the hotel - we were next to a suite and the family that came back were beyond noisy every night, kids screaming - the lot. You will experience some very wealthy people here which is both nice and sometimes naturally it has its draw backs . Some people had very inflated opinions of themselves.
Best Christmas decorations of any SF hotel. Outstanding service, quiet room, great gym and location.
Christmas decorations were superb
Restaurant concierge recommended was awful down the street
During our visit we were able to set the Christmas decorations- they're amazing! Love this hotel- classy, beautiful
