Great choice in this part of the city.
Excellent choice when traveling to The Great American Music Hall.
Do yourself a favor and skip this stay.
Hotel fraudulently charged me for smoking in my room. Luckily I was able to dispute it with card services. Staff was shady and unfriendly. Check in clerk was rude.
Great locations, easy to get anywhere . The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful
The hotel area is scary A lot of crazy people around
Would def come back
Definitely don't judge a book by its cover here. The inside of this place is really nice. Very clean and pretty updated compared to other places in the city (we travel a lot). The shower works great, even has a freaking keureg in the rooms, an iron and a nice big closet with hangers! We chose this place for its location, we had an event at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium and it was a nice 15 min walk. Beds are great also, the staff is really nice and parking is first come first serve but it's FREE. We would definitely coming back to this hotel. Thumbs up for sure, great for the price.
The only down side is that there are no black-out curtains to keep the morning sun out. There are blinds/shutters of course, but no curtains.
Rooms were big and comfortable, central location and parking is a plus. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay
The room was a bit noisy being so close to the street and at nightime is a bit sketchy with the homeless in the area. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay!
Nothing. Literally nothing.
Everything. Literally everything. This could be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Drug dealers only.
Location, free parking and clean room
Stuff could be more polite
Not much actually.
Man at frontdesk does'nt like his job.
The staff were extremely helpful
You need a refridgerator and micro wave
confort, breakfast included
localization near a street that look as unsafe
The room was clean, modern funiture and well-tended
the urban enviroment was not the best
Friendly staff at check-in. Free local calls could be made from the room. Breakfast was tasty although it did take us a few trips to carry food from downstairs up to room - but the waffles were delicious. Seemed to be in a part of town with some "characters" in the street, but we didn't feel bothered/ unsafe in any way, and could walk to sights of interest: Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf. Checked out very early and staff emailed final bill. Good tasty food at nearby restaurants.
Confusingly, the hotel had lots of "Comfort Inn" logos on towels/brouchures, etc and our shuttle driver claimed that the hotel had changed it's name in the last week and therefore it took him longer to find it (as he had to use the street address rather than knowing the hotel).
clean, good location ,cheap, basic.Small breakfast, limited parking, stuff like they were angry all the time, not friendly at all
Close to downtown and shopping center. Breakfast in the morning. Wi-fi available in the room.
Parking is limited
It was extremely clean, there is free parking and internet and it is quite centrally located.
