Pros (+) Parking garage was convenient
Cons (-) Light burnt out in our bathroom. Was a handicap shower that did not adjust taller than water stream at waist level
Pros (+) Hotel room was clean and location near from zoo and sea world.
Cons (-) There was no fitness center. Charged 13 $ for parking per night. Staff not cooperative. I asked to fill up a water bottle . Staff said no.
Pros (+) Wesley made my stay wonderful--from directions over the phone to a great check in. Asset to the company!!
Cons (-) Directions to the hotel should be more prominent on your website.
Pros (+) Price, location, cleanliness, hot breakfast, fast wifi
Cons (-) The curtain doesn't completely cover the window, the night light can shine through the window to your room.
Pros (+) It's close to most things.
Cons (-) They authorized my debit card 3x and left me with no money for the rest of my trip. The cable didn't work and housekeeping didn't clean our room. We went to complain to the manager- Maria- she started to help and then just walked away because she had "a call" and pawned us off to the Front Desk Attendant, Cynthia. Cynthia handled her self very well and was helpful. Not impressed by management or h...

Pros (+) Separate tv for kids
Cons (-) Old and dirty
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Went to breakfast and upon returning room key wouldn't work, $50 deposit was held on my card, was told itnwould take a week to be removed
Pros (+) Front desk staff made right of a bad situation
Cons (-) Hotel needs to be renovated. The rooms are pretty nasty. The walls are paper thin. You can hear what all your neighbors are doing.
Pros (+) proximity to various sites.
Cons (-) There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel and that was not disclosed before we booked it. I probably would not have stayed there if I knew that. Also, other guests were rude and running around and slamming door at all hours. I guess that is to be expected at a semi-low cost hotel. Plus, the website stated that all rooms come with a microwave, which ours didn't and when I mentioned it t...
