Staff was friendly and capable, no qualms there. There were gnats coming out of the drain of our bathroom sink. I was surprised with a daily $5 fee for parking during check in. They also require a key card to go in and out of the parking lot. Needing to scan to get out felt excessive.

The place is run down. Mold in bathrooms, rooms smell moldy. Air unit doesn’t work very good. Staff are wonderful

This is a good place to stay when you need basic accommodations and don’t want to spend a lot of money. The room was a decent size and was clean. The staff I interacted with were very courteous and professional.

Pros (+) Colors in the room and the gray pergo floors
Cons (-) Ants, water and light leaks, only bad overhead lighting, no bedside or other lamps, no accessible outlets for phone or laptop charging, miniature and exceptionally thin bath towels, phone not working, cable tv so basic you couldn't get the name of the show with a show, floors way too thin when someone in room above you, extremely sketchy area at night.

Cons (-) The room smelt awful, the pool and hot tub were unbelievably disgusting and all you see in the parking lot is druggies. Trust me this is the last place you want to stay at. It was by far my worst experience with a motel/hotel .
