Pros (+) I had originally reserved a few days in a cheaper room but they had overbooked the cheaper rooms, so they upgraded me to a King Deluxe room for no extra cost. I couldn't have been happier with the goo...
Cons (-) There was nothing I disliked. The only thing that could possibly be an issue is that they start house keeping early in the morning (which was completely fine)
