Pros: The surrounding view is beautiful with lots of birds. Comfortable and relax.
Cons: Nothing but we don't use to the soft bed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and helpful staff. Remote Location, ideal for cycling and trips to visit the area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What a beautiful place in the country!! I had been given this recommendation by a friend and I am so glad we were able to stay here. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to have the window open at night and was serenaded by an owl during the night. Elisenda and Magdalena were wonderful hosts, very informative for things to do in the area. The cave was awesome!! We enjoyed a dinner on the property cooked by Elisenda's husband (never had the opportunity to meet him), which was delicious. We definitely will be back.
Cons: That we didn't have the opportunity to stay longer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Peace & quiet but only 10 minutes drive from Ronda. Great buffet breakfast & delicious evening meal. Very friendly and helpful staff. After spending a lot of time in big cities this hotel was a welcome retreat. Would definitely stay there again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything - we received a very warm welcome from Eli on arrival and she provided lots of information about the area. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and offers everything that you could need for a relaxing break, it really is home from home. Pablo's cooking provided us with two excellent evening meals, and the gated courtyard offered secure parking for our motorbike. We will definitely return when we next visit Grazalema.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Various relaxing areas, availability of drinks and food throughout the day, the swimming pool, breakfast, diner, kindness and service oriented of owner and personnel.

Pros: stunning location, within easy access of the mountains. Great host, food, facilities and would definitely recommend highly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Eli and Pablo have created a lovely getaway not far from Ronda. Very peaceful with an excellent dining room and a large inviting swimming pool. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Eli was very helpful in pointing us toward the Cueva de Pilates, the site of cave paintings from 4,000 to 40,000 years ago. First experience of this sort for both of us, and it was breathtaking. Top marks to Cortijo Las Piletas; we'll be back.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and comfortable countryside inn with access to the lovely Andalusian towns and natural areas. Our host Elly was most helpful providing us with recommendations and directions. Great break from city site seeing!

Cons: We had to cut short our stay from 6 to just 3 nights. We were able to advise the hotel on day 2 and had hoped that they might charge for only 1 of the cancelled nights. We actually had to pay for the full 6 nights. The hotel was completely within its rights to do so but I think they could have made some gesture
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service throughout our stay, very welcoming, comfortable beds, staff brilliant
Cons: We should have stayed longer!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were huge and decorated with style. The views were beautiful and the location was great next to the wineards and only short drive to Ronda yet faraway from the crowds of the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly and they served excellent dinner at the hotel in nice surroundings.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, really pleasant and clear rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people were incredible helpful and generious with their time and advice. Would definitely stay here again!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! The view from the pool and dining area was breathtaking! Our room looked so nice and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was super tasty (the best croissants I’ve ever had). The hotel staff was super prompt, helpful and kind! Couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay.
Cons: Well, the wifi was a little unstable, but who needs a wifi in a place like anyway? It’s the place to go to switch off from outside world and enjoy life.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in the old town, 1 minute walk to Puerto nuevo bridge, warm welcome from the lady on checking in, couple of maps which she pointed out places of interest, free parking outside the old town walls (10 minutes walk) or €12 in the new town. Spotlessly clean, great WiFi, air-conditioning. Please note: there is tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit available in the morning by reception.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely guest house in the old town. Great location. Very kind lady who did everything to make my stay comfortable. Great shower. Comfortable bed and bedding. Complimentary fruit, coffee and cookies in the morning were appreciated. Muchos gracias
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel exceeded our expectations. Given the peacefulness of the hotel it is hard to believe you are only minutes from the bridge- a very popular tourist spot. A quiet square ....our room was fab.....everything you could hope for and more ..... even an indoor jacuzzi bath. We felt totally spoilt. And last but not least was the very warm and helpful interaction with all the staff who could not do enough for us.
Cons: Nothing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant friendly owner, nice homely atmosphere, central but not on the main tourist route, comfortable room and good bathroom; agreeable though unspectacular view.
Cons: Down a rather steep street - probably not good for anyone with mobility problems. I personally like to be able to get breakfast where I stay - although the coffee, biscuits and fruit were very nice and much appreciated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice little family held hotel as close to the bridge as possible. Extremely nice reception. At New Year, the owner surprised us with a bottle of champagne and sweets in the room, a gesture which seems to show the general appreciation of the guests by the owners. Good coffee in the morning with some fruits - with that the day begins in the best possible way.

Cons: Just a tiny bit off the center, but 10 - 15 min walk puts you right by the bridge and into Old city
7,0 Good
Pros: Location was superb - just at the edge of the old town. Breakfast was OK - given the amount we paid for the room. Check-in and Check-out was very smooth. Staff are very friendly.
Cons: The room we got did not have a lot of natural light.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Noise
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay in Hotel Colon, the owner is very nice, she also owns the cafe downstairs. The room is clean and the location is perfect, less than 10 mins walk to the bridge.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very friendly welcome and the room was very spacious and comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the church and square across the street from the hotel. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was super friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and they even gave us an electric adapter to charge our cell phones when I left my own at our previous hotel. The hotel is located a short 5 minute walk to the bridge, restaurants, and shopping. I can not recommend Hotel Colon enough for your visit to Ronda, you will not be disappointed.
Cons: Everything was perfect
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This small hotel is in a great , just a few minutes stroll from all the main attractions. Comfortable double room and good size bathroom with quality towels, constant hot water, and everywhere spotlessly clean. Very nice continental breakfast with table service, and the staff were just brilliant, they couldn't do enough for us! Very good value at this price, we hope to visit Ronda again and would definitely stay at the Colon again.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is located by the cliff with excellent view of the landscape. Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic with great coffee. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nil
4,0 Okay
Pros: The nearby parking place. The spacious bed and comfortable mattress. The view. Free toiletries and a complimentary bottle of wine.
Cons: We were staying in a junior suite designed with no regard for functionality, elegance, and coziness unless you like the idea of lounging in a living area that looks like a hair salon with bathroom fixtures in full view or barely concealed behind glass doors, allowing your companion no privacy whatsoever. Dimming lights would have improved the situation. The headboard comes with a small ledge running at the height of your head in a reading position. Be advised in order to avoid banging your head and cut it open as did my partner.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing, The perfect stay! Highly recommended!!
Cons: Nothing!!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The view on the mountains was beautiful. One could have a glass of vine on a terrace. I really appreciated fresh orange juice at the breakfast. One minus here: after this hotel breakfast of other seem to be quite poor :)
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great room with fantastic view from the balcony. Pretty garden, terras and lobby. Perfect breakfast.
Cons: In the hotel-restaurant we had a very nice meal, but also a disappointing one (on a Sunday evening, when most restaurants in Spain are closed). The room we were allocated to had a beam over the bed, which (both being tall) we didn't like at all. We told so to the management and, from the same category (so not being upgraded), we were very happy to be moved to a slightly larger room with normal ceiling, which to us made all the difference. In our opinion the rooms with abnormal ceiling should be put into a separate category on the web-site and have a lower price.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The size of rooms, onsite parking, very friendly staff, walking distance from all sites
Cons: We don’t like the toilet door was only half size and made from mat glass - going to toilet should be private time...
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is wondful!
7,0 Good
Pros: Great property, right on the edge of a cliff with fabulous views. Ample parking space at the property. On the flip side, it's about a 10 min walk to the centre. Spacious rooms. We had one with a balcony and a view. Excellent breakfast and very good restaurant.
Cons: Overall a great experience that was marred by one incident just before checking out. When my wife was going through the wardrobes and drawers to ensure we didn't leave anything behind, she happened upon a used condom (!!) inside one of the laundry bags. She's been obsessively washing her hands since then. In all fairness, not the hotel's fault, but nevertheless it ruined an otherwise great experience.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is superb and the views from rooms overlooking the Tajo wonderful. Of course not all rooms can look in that direction and we were unlucky in that regard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; and the room comfortable and clean (although I had some difficulty getting the temperature right).
Cons: Although the breakfast service was good, the cooked food was poor. It is hard to understand why we had to pay extra to take our dog as I cannot see that there was any extra burden to the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location, staffs are very friendly, rooms are very clean.
Cons: The breakfast, not many varieties of food, but the service is very good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Situated very centraly overlooking the bridge and gorge, this beautiful old noblemans house is full of charm. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Car parking is a problem in Ronda, but the hotel can provide parking and they park your car for you on arrival and bring it back when you ask. The rooms are well furnished, comfortable beds, nice and warm, with aircon for the summer. The hotel is also very quiet, you dont hear any noise from the communal areas or other rooms. Good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Views over the valley are spectacular. The restaurant was very good, and carry a good wine list with both local and national wines. The owner is a charming man who speaks good English and is very helpful. Only living around 2 hours from Ronda, we will certainly return to this hotel.
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.
7,5 Good
Pros: location and breakfast staff
Cons: mediocre reception

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful boutique hotel full of sophisticated details. The staff was wonderful, the entire hotel spotless clean, the breakfast delicious — all in all it was a great experience.
Cons: The prices are steep and the double room we stayed in was not really fit for three people. We could barely store our luggages in the room with the samount of space left free after the addition of the extra bed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful hotel, superb staff. Isabel helped us book a visit to the cueva de la pileta - you shoudn't miss it when going to Ronda! Pros: Swimming pool and the view are great. Breakfast is generous and overall it’s a calm place.
Cons: Cleanliness was okay but communal areas could be looked after a bit more in my opinion. The road to get there is bumpy and you can get wrong with the navigator, so make sure you follow the instructions given by the owners.

Pros: Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Location was walking distance from train station. Going to hotel was downhill, so okay with heavy bags. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to have the window open at night and was serenaded by an owl during the night. Eli was very helpful in pointing us toward the Cueva de Pilates, the site of cave paintings from 4,000 to 40,000 years ago. First experience of this sort for both of us, and it was breathtaking. Top marks to Cortijo Las Piletas; we'll be back.

Pros: Peaceful and comfortable countryside inn with access to the lovely Andalusian towns and natural areas. Our host Elly was most helpful providing us with recommendations and directions. Great break from city site seeing!

Pros: Great winter break in Ronda. We had stunning views towards the mountains from our room. Excellent size room with a sitting area at one end and a good sized balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. There is a nice public lounge area and an outside terrace. The hotel was lovely and warm for winter time visits. In the summer there is a swimming pool for guest use in the small hotel garden - incredible views. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring this amazing town - so pleased we booked The Parador. We really enjoyed our visit to Ronda.
Cons: All was fine - excellent shower over bath with plenty of hot water - the bathroom just a little dated.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Well located for all there is to see in Ronda. The underground car park is a bonus. Food and service was good. Top Tip, if you have an Amigos card you get a welcome drink and reduced rate car parking.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Over priced. We cancelled our stay after viewing the smelly room with aircondition that doesn't work because the hotel is switching it to a cooling system only in May. We had 30 degrees in the room.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. We did not eat any other meal at the parador.
Cons: The carpets, both in the hallways and in the room, were not clean. The rest of the room was spotless, but dirty rugs give a poor impression.

Pros: The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a duplex which was ok but the furniture was all very shabby . An amazing assortment of essentials toiletries etc.Great location
Cons: We were expecting first class food , unfortunately my cod did not live up to it’s billing . It was served on a cold plate, fish had no crispy top and was also cool.I didn’t want to make a fuss as my husband had started his meal. The dining room was not busy but we had to ask twice for our drinks.Rather disappointing for a special night away.

7,0 Good
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and good location
Cons: Stayed in a very pleasant superior room - recently constructed I believe - at the rear of the building. It is however unfortunate that the soundproofing is so poor that you can hear every movement in the adjoining room/s and corridor. Additionally, the heavy room doors close rather brutally, generating a loud noise accompanied by the vibration of all surrounding walls. Such a very unpleasant experience especially in the middle of the night! Breakfast room and quality of breakfast are worthy of a 2*/3* hotel
1,0 Poor
Pros: We booked this hotel because of its excellent venue and had decent ratings in trip advisor. The positives are that the hotel is located in a great place with easy access to the attractions Ronda presents. The room was a decent size and clean.
Cons: The 1st floor room we got had a smell of sewage on day 1, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room on this day and didn't complain further. On the 2nd night the sewage smell was heavy in the room. Upon complaining to reception, we were given an explanation stating that this was because of the plumbing in the city. During the discussion that followed, a staff member mentioned that there have been complaints in the past as well and guests had to be moved! We were quite shocked to hear the hotel still rents out this room to guests despite having knowledge of this problem. After refusing to continue staying in this room we were given a new room which was nice and clean and has no stench to move into 30 min later. Upon check out no apologies or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. The stay was a disappointment despite it's great location, due to the hotels lack of care for customer basic needs. No one wants to spend their holiday in a room that smells like a sewer... disappointing and not worth the money.

Pros: The parking was easy, although I had to convince reception that I had indeed reserved a spot. The breakfast was very good, although after I had been charged 11 Euros apiece I saw that the breakfast was advertised by the hotel at 10 Euros per person.
Cons: The cigarette smoke invading our room during the very loud New Year's Eve party that was going on directly below our room until 6AM. This caused none of us to get much sleep. I will say that we were offered, and accepted, a room for my wife and daughter at no charge to accommodate them. However, the thermostat in the room didn't work and so it was uncomfortably hot and stuffy all night, along with being noisy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect central location opposite the bull ring, with its own parking (worth its weight in gold in Ronda). Nonetheless very quiet. Friendly and efficient staff and an excellent breakfast buffet.
7,0 Good
Pros: Very Central and clean.
Cons: The triple room had a sensor light in the wardrobe which had no doors and at night time the person on the 3rd bed would move and the lights went on by themselves. This happened all throughout the night. Apart from that it was a nice room. Good Wifi. Mattresses where hard. A top mattress could make the bed softer.

Cons: Believe it or not ,there isn't anything to
7,9 Good
Pros: The best thing is the hotel has parking (impossible in many hotels in Ronda) and they usually park it/take the car out for you:) They have tea pot in the room and they gave a room with a jet bathtub. The stuff is extremely nice as everyone in Ronda, we always come back every now and then.
Cons: The hotel is very, very nice but in my opinion it’s expensive compared to other 4 stars hotels we’ve stayed in. I still pay it though. Since this is what I didn’t like so much about the hotel I would say the bathtub wasn’t spotless and the maids were a little loud in the morning when ur trying to sleep in but nothing major.

Pros: Really beautiful hotel with a patio (now with a glas ceiling). Spacious and beautiful both room and bathroom. Perfectly located very close to the puente nuevo. There is a stop area were it’s possible to park to load the suitcases.
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Great location moments from the bridge.
Cons: The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. The AC or ventilation kept making noises even when off so it was hard to sleep.

Pros: Lovely hotel with excellent location just behind the bridge in the old town. Old style but modern.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit meager. As in many Spanish hotel double bed is on the narrow side.

7,1 Good
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: The hotel is right next to a main street. Very noisy. Booked for three people but it was not ready when we checked in. Asked for towels for the third person but it’s never been provided. The shower water flow is very weak.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel definitely has its atmosphere. Very well decorated and situated in the very heart of the historic center. 50 meters walking and you on the famous New Bridge of Ronda. Perfect location. My room was clean, spacious enough but with the small window, it’s because the building is very old. The hotel has the central heating system so on January it was quite cool in the room despite all attempts to set proper temperature. The stuff was very kind and friendly, thank you!
Cons: The hotel has the central heating system so in January it was quite cool in the room despite all attempts to set proper temperature. The breakfast was really modest - no hot dishes, only muesli a bit of jamon, cheese, yogurt and bread. The receptionist made us coffee and for me it was uncomfortable to ask for the second cup because he was rushing between reception and coffee machine in the bar.
9,0 Excellent
Cons: Parking is few blocks away and it's close from 23 this 7/ 8 am.

Pros: breakfast was fine and location very good. The property itself is the gem... its very elegant.
