10,0 Excellent
Pros: They are always improving things. This was my third time and I will stay again.
Cons: Nothing
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk clerk was helpful and very pleasant. The room seemed to be clean.
Cons: Location: it's about 20 minutes south of Rome proper. It's also on a highway, and is apparently a popular late-night biker stop. We got woken up many times by loud motors and (perhaps unrelated to the bikers) shouting matches.
6,0 Good
Pros: The value. Clean, comfortable room, especially for the price.
Cons: If checkout is 11 am, then it isn't 10:35, 10:45, or even 10:50. Leave guests in peace. Trying to turn me out early (when I was only lingering so I could track changing weather conditions to reroute my trip to avoid developing tornadoes) was not okay.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Room very clean. Cold night for May in the south and heat in room was preset to high.
Cons: Nothing in vending machines. However in parking lot of large gas station with large selection of snacks
1,0 Poor
Pros: The quiet location
Cons: Run down & smelled like smoke...cigarette burns on the refrigerator, which made loud, clicking noises. Extremely dirty & dusty lamp shades, dingy towels, rude staff. LaQuinta is much nicer, clean, less expensive & just down the road.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Outdated furnishing location

4,0 Okay
Cons: No towels in pool, not a very maintained hotel.
6,0 Good
Cons: rooms are pretty small. The main issue is a big problem that no one recognizes. There is a 1.5" gap under the door that is not covered. Someone talking in the hall sounds like they are right in your room. Any sounds in your room can easily be heard in the hall. This is the second time that I have stayed here and there has been no change. The solution is to install door sweeps on the doors. So cheap and easy to do. Instead I try to stuff a towel in the crack. It doesn't seem to help much. Please fix this issue. Who wants to stay in a room with this lack of privacy.

7,5 Good
Pros: Front desk was super nice.
Cons: The parking lot - someone hit our front fender of our truck. The spaces were too close.
5,4 Okay
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: The property was dated and the furnishings were dated. The walls in the rooms were painted a dark almost purple color and the lamps had low wattage bulbs. You could barely see in the room. There were nail clippings on the carpet showing that the carpet had not been vacuumed between guests. There was a huge centipede that made an appearance. I was unable to kill it before it disappeared into some crack or crevice. Lastly the floor in the room was not level. There was a distinct slope in the room. To validate this I put a marble down and watched it roll quickly from one side of the room to the other.

Cons: Wasp in room. Many! No neat we could find. Believe they were coming from ac unit

Cons: I payed for 2 queen beds. I ended up with 2 double beds. The staff was very argumentative about the situation. I won't stay there again. Not happy about it at all.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: food could have been better
Cons: breakfast
4,2 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Lobby floor was dirty and sticky when we arrived. No carts available, so we just took in our toiletries. We took pictures of our downstairs room if you need them. I won't post them here because they won't be good for this location's business. The entry door to our room made a loud squeaking/rubbing noise when opened, the carpeted floor was uneven (sunk in) and made a noise when walked on, the ceiling had a large protruding, patched crack, the bathroom floor and caulking around the base of the tub was filthy.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfy, but badly made.
Cons: Our room was on the ground floor right next to reception, breakfast, a maintenance room and the gym - it was very noisy till very late with loud guests and very noisy from very early with guests checking out and having breakfast. The room was very shabby and unclean. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after 1 night. Very disappointing as a friend had told us the rooms had been recently refurbished. One receptionist was very friendly, the other one very unhelpful and unfriendly.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: didn't eat breakfast
Cons: The person in the room next to mine had their TV too loud late at night. another guest knocked on my door at 2:15 a.m. but had the wrong room. that's not the fault of the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was such a nice experience from being pet friendly to clean very comfortable beds to very friendly service. The best hotel I have been to in years!
Cons: That I had to leave early for work ..

Pros: This hotel was very clean and neat.
Cons: The staff was not at all very helpful or accommodating when we needed their assistance with a slight change in schedule. Because of their poor customer service, we won't be staying there again.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fine overall.
Cons: Vending and ice machines were only on odd numbered floors and all on the same end causing me to go either up or down one floor and walk to the opposite end. One floor only has a soda machine and the other floor had a soda machine and a sparsely filled and limited selection snacks machine.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location was OK and other tennis people were there.
Cons: They forgot to clean our room, no reason why. Did same for a few others. We had late, long days and athletes that needs showers. Not happy. Vent in bathroom leaked water and sink/tub clogged up and water pooled.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, service, and breakfast!
Cons: I thought in the description it said they had a jacuzzi and a indoor pool. There is a pool, no jacuzzi, which i was disappointed about. Indoor pool was a plus though.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room was huge. Bed was very comfy.
Cons: The toilet bowl had a dirty ring around it like it had not been cleaned well in a while. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall above the sink that had only been partially repaired.

Cons: No problems at all.
5,0 Okay
Cons: Refrigerator,Ice Machine, Vending all out of order. Heater in room didn't work well and took along time to warm the room enough to take a shower after a long cold day of working outside.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very warm and friendly. I truly felt that they were concerned with how I felt about things. When I lost my room key, there was no problem getting another one and I had a nice conversation with the lady at the desk.
Cons: I was very pleased with the room and the hotel. I wish it had been closer to where I was going to be in Rome, but there was something nice nice about it not being right in town.
6,0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Outdated furnishing location
9,0 Excellent
