Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to public transport and city attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty bathrooms, unclean rooms, and poor hygiene standards. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unprofessional or absent staff, poor communication, and frustrating check-in experiences. Breakfast was frequently described as limited or not matching expectations. While a few guests noted comfortable beds and quiet rooms, overall satisfaction was mixed due to the recurring problems with cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.
