Location location location !! Really what concerns the location, is doesn't get much better than this. Smack in the middle of the antique part of Rome. Stay here, walk everywhere. Everything else you can think of, is right around the corner. We don't need much from a hotel, just a clean and comfortable place to sleep, for the rest we're out the whole day.And that is what we've got.....
Breakfast. Breakfast is too simple. After the first morning we brought our own bread, cheese and mortadella. It's not so hard to bring fresh bread, fresh cheese and some fresh sausage in stead of the factory-white toast bread, and plastic cheese.... we only used the yoghurt and the tea in the hotel for breakfast.
Good, clean room, the same as in photos. Friendly staff. Near the metro station and coliseum.
Under the window was ventilation and a bad smell, so couldn't open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was cheap.
Customer service was nice and it was very close to all of the sites (within walking distance). We were able to checkout without the receptionist there with prior warning. It was a cute hotel.
Way too loud - mainly the other visitors! Walls were very thin and our room was next to the kitchen/dining area. Drunk and loud individuals would come stumbling through at 2/3/4am making a disturbance. You could also hear people talking (not loudly just normal volume) which caused us to wake up as well. So we had a very disrupted sleep during our stay. There’s nothing staff can really do about this issue, more a consideration for personal stay. Also, it was a pain to get INTO the building. No labelled button to buzz in, you have to wait for someone to come out.
1. It is accessible to Bus stops and Metro. Colosseum, Roman Forum and Piazza Venezzia is only few minutes away from the accommodation. 2. The area is quiet despite it being surrounded by restaurants and other shops. 3. The place feels like you are in your own home. 4. The toilet is clean. 5. The rooms are very spacious. 6. The cabinet have plenty of room to secure your belongings. 7. The staff who welcomed us showed us the rooms and facilities. He offered us to rooms to choose from (luckily we got a double bed plus 1 single bed). If you are looking for a nice place to stay in. I highly recommend Nakissa Inn. Overall, we are satisfied. We stayed at Room 32
The door in the toilet was a bit difficult to open. Need a bit of furbishing.
The personal was very pleasant and was activecly and energicaly helping us if any problem occured. Can sincerelly recomend!
