Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and enjoy a quiet, private atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city. The staff, especially individuals like Rosa, Barbara, and Jaqueline, were frequently mentioned for their friendliness, helpfulness, and warm hospitality, making stays feel personal and welcoming. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting spotless rooms and comfortable beds. While breakfast received mixed feedback, with some wishing for more variety, it was generally considered adequate. The main negative mentioned was the small size of some rooms and bathrooms, though this did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience for most guests.

Wonderful
Francesca, May 2017
Pros (+) This hotel has a warm, personal feel with an excellent location just blocks from the Colosseum. The staff was incredible, the free breakfast was delicious and the accommodations were pristine. The staff gave us recommendations of the best places to visit and let us access the beautiful rooftop garden. It felt like a little bit of a home away from home and a haven from the tourist craziness of Rome...
Cons (-) The only downside of the hotel is that the elevators and showers are small. My husband is a lean 6 feet and was cramped in the shower.
