For my purpose, walking two blocs to a conference at Luiss University, it was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful.
Breakfast could have more variation - but it was OK for a morning meal.
Room's large and clean, bed large and comfortable, internet fast, price reasonable.
Lobby a bit smallish and uninviting.
Everything was fine. The staff is very helpful. The management should reward Lucia Silvano for her exceptional and outstanding attention to needs and requests of guests.
It would be good to expand the variety of food for breakfast. Also, it would help to serve lunch on the premises or have an agreement with nearby restaruants for food delivery options.
Hotel bit outdated. Some horrible buzzing sound in the room that they could bot fix. Making sleeping very difficult.
It was off the beaten path, close to a metro station.
It was "freezing cold" for me during first night [6-7 November]. I woke up every 15 minutes due to the low temperature. I was not aware that the A/C heating was centrally disabled. No blanket was found in the room. At 3 AM I had difficulty to find out how to call the reception. I finally realized the phone button "Reception" is diabled and I managed to call the receptionist by dialing "9" instead of "0". The receptionist brought a blanket to my room (the blanket should have been in the room in the first place). In the morning, I asked for an external heather, but the manager replied: "we do not have a heater". On the following nights I had the blanket and maybe I got used to the low night temperature, so it was tolerable.
