Location is quite ok - 5 minutes walking from the subway station (last station on metro B). Getting to the city center takes about 20-25 minutes in average. The room was clean, room service was also good. We had breakfast included, which was ok, despite the fact that almost everything was sweet.
In the first day of our stay there was a problem with hot water - fortunately, it was fixed next morning. The bed was uncomfortable - 2 mattresses on one bed, and they were sliding left and right, especially if lying in the middle. Also, the breakfast was repeating itself every day.

General conditions. Even the location, although far from the center, being so close to the Metro makes perfectly manageable.
Very low pressure of the water in the bath, some confusion with the payment in the checkout (that I still need to double check with transactions on my credit card)
