Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to public transport and local attractions. The staff received positive remarks for being friendly, helpful, and attentive. Many guests found the rooms to be spacious and, in several cases, clean and comfortable. However, opinions on cleanliness were mixed, with some guests reporting issues, particularly with bathrooms and linens. Breakfast was frequently criticized for its lack of variety and quality, and some guests mentioned it was overpriced. The pool and amenities were generally seen as adequate, though not exceptional. Overall, the hotel was considered a good value for its location and service, despite some shortcomings in cleanliness and breakfast.
