Rooms are large and confortable. The service is good. The staff is helpful and friendly I tested the restaurant and it was really good for an acceptable price. Having a free parking is a clear added value.
The breakfast was a disaster 3 days in a row. Always something missing or something not working (coffee machine). Half of the breakfast time was spent looking for something (plate, knife, coffee, bread, yogourt, etc.)
Very nice environment with gorgeous garden, very silent in the night, rooms are quite big, staff is super kind.
Breakfast: a bit too standard, not many healthy choices. In the separate building ther is no lift.
location for me was good as I was on a business trip
the rooms are very old and dated, air conditioning in the room was not working properly. I ended up being bit in several places by insects in my room as well. Not enough staff at breakfast as there was a big coach trip which arrived, we ended up waiting long periods for cold buffet food in the morning because of the amount of people at breakfast and only 2-3 staff running around trying to keep everyone happy. The double bed turned out to be two single mattresses pushed together. Not enough power sockets in the room for European adapters to fit into. No desk in the room for me to work on in the evenings.
Receptionists were really nice, they let us keep our luggages here after check out.
The breakfast was horrible, no changes for 5 days, nothing much to choose if you don’t like sweet food. I’ve never seen such a bad breakfast in 4* hotel. And we could come for the breakfast anytime, but there was always someone vacuum cleanin’. There wasn’t any blanket on the room only plaid (I would really like to see how they wash it all the time, I had to ask for it three times. The location was really bad, if you want to use public transport, don’t choose this hotel ‘cause it takes more than 40 minutes by bus and train to the centre of the city (and I’m not talkin’ about how bad the public transport is).
