Great for what you pay - outstanding customer serv
We stayed at the Quality Inn as a stop on our way back to Oklahoma City from Cincinnati. We had a ten month old with us. The Quality Inn was a great value for the money - this is NOT the Ritz Carlton! But I will say that the room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and they were able to accommodate our baby with a crib. Also, I left my purse in our room and didn't realize it until we arrived home in OKC. I called the hotel, they grabbed it and took it to UPS to me. I will receive it tomorrow. So grateful for this extra level of service.
The overall hotel set up is a little confusing - there is very little parking in the front and most people park in the back. Our room was up front so it was quite a hike from the car with a baby and all of our luggage. Also, apparently the room keys can't come into contact with a cell phone or they deactivate. I found myself locked out of the hotel at night. Since I'm not familiar with the area, I didn't feel safe. I had to walk all the way up a steep hill carrying luggage to get to the front entrance.
Ok in a pinch
Location was right off the highway.
Doors wobbled when opened/closed they were so thin. Safety was not exceptional, only camera on site was right in front of the enterence, if you have trailor, luggage carrier etc...your'e on your own to keep it safe. Someone walks down the hallway you can hear everything. Pool was locked as the owners were on vacation, front desk clerk stated that if the owners are not there then the pool stays locked. When you are on a 16 hour drive w/ 2 teenagers that have been cooped up in the car the whole time, it would have been great if they could've gone swimming to get the pent up energy released! Overall I was not impressed & won't stay again.
