Cons: Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We had two rooms and the balcony door on the one would close. Our issue was it was a shared balcony with another room. So after calling for assistance and nothing be resolved, we had to jimmy the door ourselves and make sure we ran the shower alot to keep the smell down.

Cons: The staff when we arrived (20:00) were not very helpful. The security guard did not seem to know how to instruct people to park their car. The staff inside at the concierge desk did not guide us to the reception desk and just let me stand there in front of them for 15 minutes while helping airline staff check in. I finally asked them if I was supposed to check in there and they pointed out another desk to go to. There was also no information in the room about the hotel and the hotel facilities.

Cons: Had to change rooms twice, first one had drain issue, second room looked over kitchens and bins and got woken up at 7am with the truck cleaning out the drains. Having said all of that, the front office manager was very responsive and made arrangments to move me to a quieter part of the hotel with an upgrade so overalll I had a very nice stay. Better to stay on the quiet wing of the hotel.

Ideal place to stay if you have an early flight out of CDG the next morning but still want a last taste of France before you go. Also hotel is exceptionally well soundproofed for being so close to airport.

Pros: I stayed with my wife and my baby for two days from 31 Aug to 2 Sep 2019. The staff are so so so nice and helpful. Cereina I think this is her name, she even helped me to find the attraction that is suitable for my small family. All of them are great at treating people. The room was nice. Not that fancy, but frankly clean and wide. It has even a coffee machine which they told me it's free to use it. The area of the hotel is awesome, calm and near to the airport. I loved this hotel and I will put it a prior choice when a I want to visit Paris again.

Cons: It would be good to inform guests to take the blue bus NOT the pink bus. There were at least 3 other novotels hotels and I was misinformed by airport staff and told to take pink bus. I lost a lot of time on the pink bus and back to airport .

Cons: It's a busy hotel. The front desk appreciated my patience. Finding where to catch the shuttle and which shuttle at the airport was quite confusing. It's the BLUE Shuttle (anticipate ~30 min each direction).

Cons: The fact you are basically in the middle of nowhere, no supermarket to buy provisions. The foyer had a poor display of soft drinks and sandwiches at extortionate prices. So the rooms microwave wasn't of benefit. Not even a pharmacy to buy much needed anti inflammatory when my wife tripped outside the hotel on bad ground and heavily sprained her ankle. The staff offered ice but no other information as to where to obtain medication probably because they were too embarrassed at knowing there wasn't anywhere.

Waiting time was extended because only one person was at the reception desk and at one point, there was only one Server who was working both the bar and the restaurant. Several people seated near us got poor service (i.e., dinner but no silverware), although our experience was fine.

Cons: The Staff member behind the counter gave us a miserable experience. After a tiring journey to get there - we were not welcomed with a smile or any particular courtesy. The counter clerk was more interested in verifying our card details than anything else. We had already paid on line. Later he organised a private taxi to terminal 2E at exhorbitant rates - two and half times the price of an Uber (which we had ordered but didn't arrive). We come to France twice a year and have done so for more than 7 years. We always stay at your hotel. We will not stay there again unfortunately. Rather pay more and get the smile.

Bed sheet had holes in them. On a good note, they have a 24-7 reception, so you can check in anytime. Also, it's clean enough, and really cheap, so you get good value for what you pay.

Cons: the hotel is outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment, we paid good money for the accommodation. For example the bathroom has black mould in both the bath area and on the floor tiles, and has not been updated for sometime. we arrived mid afternoon and were aghast to notice left over lunch time plates/scraps still on tables, not a good look for a Mercure Hotel. We are experienced travellers and would rate this a 2 star hotel at best. On a positive note the shuttle service to the airport is very good.

On arrival property looked run down from the outside but reception area was clean although more like a 2 star hotel. Lift was old and needing decorating. Corridors dark and unkept but on entering the room was where main problems were. The room was dirty peeling wallpaper warm bedding old bathroom dirty bath and had huge stains on carpet and chair where someone had clearly drawn and they had tried to clean it. They did change us to another room. Clean and of a better standard of a 2 star hotel not what we booked. Got to say extremely disappointing and dissatisfied. Cons: It was gross. Dirty. Mold in the bath tub. Friend blood on the floor. I’m sure there was mold in other places in the room. The elevator sounded like it doesn’t want to work anymore. The pillows were god awful. Oh. And they charged me for breakfast that 1. Was supposed to be included in the price which is wasn’t. We asked about it and was told to email corporate, which we did, but no response. 2. Didn’t get to eat. GIVE ME THAT MONEY BACK CORPORATE!

Cons: I had several issues at this hotel. No A.C. in the room. I had to call the front desk 4 times then the maintenance guy came with a fan. Cons: Do not eat at the bar or the restaurant. The restaurant on site was god awful. We tried to get nachos at the pub and they gave us a side of guacamole and bbq sauce, how weird. Just don't eat at the restaurants and you will be fine.
