Pros (+) Customer serves was excellent. Breakfast was well worth it. Location and setting was excellent.

Pros (+) Location is near Howard Amon Park where music festival was being held. I was there to perform at that festival. Room was large and clean. Hot breakfast was good each day. Quiet.
Cons (-) We went on to tour further east and stopped again at Shilo on the way home. Room was small and had a musty smell. Asked for no stairs but there were several stairs to access room. Noisy neighbor upstairs yet hotel was practically empty. Breakfast was still good!

Cons (-) My room was in disarray when I first entered it. Coffee machine on the bed, garbage can on its side, chairs all over the place. Fortunately it was a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also pretty meager.
Pros (+) It was great to be on the river with access to the river trail and a nearby park. Our room had a river view too. Clean room with a comfortable bed although decor was a little dated. in-room fridge, microwave and complementary complete breakfasts were nice pluses, all for about $75 a night. They also allowed a dog for an extra $15 a night.
Cons (-) It's not a luxury hotel but a very good deal for the price.
