really helpful and friendly staff; location close to the shopping street
The Room in general was good. spacious enough for the beds and for the table next to it with tea/coffee and an electric kettle. maintenance was done well (Changing of blankets, cleaning the floor) everyday and the location was about 15 minutes walk to the BSI bus terminal and a 5 minute walk to the 10-11 grocery store and a few restaurants. Tour bus stop 12 was quite close as well with about 5-7 minutes walk.
The breakfast buffet was expensive for the place, it was approx. 180 Danish crowns (USD 27) per person. i didn't opt for breakfast since i had tours booked at 8 a.m and if i am to pay that for breakfast, i would prefer to enjoy it and not rush it. about the room - The window could be sealed, i tried to close it as much as i could and yet there was cold air coming through the edges. Bathroom was the main concern, Shower area was claustrophobic and could be bigger. The water from the taps had a strong Sulfur smell which makes the entire bathroom reek.
Should refund our stay. False fire alarm went off for over an hour in the middle of the night, very little sleep.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The cost for the breakfast was much more than we expected. Had we realized how much we were to be charged we would have eaten somewhere else.
