Pros (+) Breakfast buffet is good and great views from the restaurant Room kept clean Staff friendly and helpful
Cons (-) Some cracks showing on the walls in the bedroom and the shaving mirror didn't light up show that it needs a little bit of attention on the maintenance front but nothing that impacted my comfort. The pillows were feather and were not very comfortable for me as I prefer a firmer synthetic pillow.

Cons (-) We weren't notified in advance that Centerhotel had moved us to another hotel. We were exhausted from traveling and would have appreciated nothing more than going to sleep at the hotel we booked. The staff at the Arnarhvoll did order a taxi that took us to the new hotel. The hotel we were bumped to, Centerhotel Plaza, was in a better location in the downtown.

Pros (+) The design of the hotel is great. Its very modern and sleek. The views are fantastic. Whether you're at the Sky Lounge or the comfortable lobby, you can clearly see the beautiful harbor and mountain range. The location of the hotel is also great. Cons (-) Because of the central location, space is tight. The room offers minimal storage and the bathroom has a convertible shower that takes advantage space.
