Cons (-) Was in a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes (and all my clothes smelled of old cigarettes afterward)

The majority of guests reported significant issues with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained linens, bedbugs, and roaches. Service was widely criticized, with many guests frustrated by the lack of on-site staff, reliance on virtual check-in, and unhelpful responses to problems. Safety was a major concern, with several guests feeling unsafe due to the presence of suspicious individuals, broken locks, and a generally insecure environment. While a few guests mentioned clean rooms or convenient location, the overwhelming sentiment was negative, focused on hygiene, service, and safety shortcomings.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The continental breakfast was okay. Our kids liked the waffles and orange juice.

Pros (+) Pool heated and clean Nice pet relief areas Friendly staff Comfortable bed Late check out very helpful
Cons (-) Shower difficult to set temperature No rooms with 2 Queens available Room small and strong smell (not a bad smell)
Pros (+) Proximity to airport.
Cons (-) Place is beat to #%\*. Found hairs in my sheets. Not my hairs. Ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of my towels. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Seriously, this place is gross. Stay away. Think they rent this place by the hour too.
Pros (+) Free breakfast, beds are comfortable.
Cons (-) Dirty, air conditioner didn't work, bath tub was soft and slippery, just gross. The Worst la Quinta I have stayed at! I will never stay here again unless they do a complete renovation. Sad
