Pros (+) Staff was so nice and pleasant. Had a small business feel, the way it was run, the whole staff knew the happenings of the hotel. We had a lot of space in our hotel room and bathroom, mini kitchen. Very reasonable price for a one night stay.

Pros (+) Location was good for the purpose of my trip.
Cons (-) Check-in was disorganized, floor smelled like smoke, room was outdated and dingy, stairwell had dirt tracked throughout and was never cleaned during our 3 night stay.
