The hotel has a very good restaurant. Hotel is in a central city location with excellent shopping opportunities, many bars & restaurants and, of course, the cathedral.

Cons: We did have an issue at check-in as we had booked a parking space a year ago with our booking but the reception said they didn’t have our parking reservation and they were fully booked so we would have to park elsewhere. However, by fluke we happened to have already parked in their car-park as the security gate was raised when we arrived so I had already made up my mind that I wasn’t moving. The reception agreed to keep the car in their garage.

Cons: The only slight problem was one of our rooms was next to the lift and the noise of the lift motor could be heard throughout the night. Not a problem once asleep

Pros: This was the last night of our trip and proved to be the best hotel of the nine we used. A wonderful building, beautiful room and well equipped, modern, en suite. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding and so well presented. I had a problem with my car, which failed to start due to a dead battery, and without the help of the hotel staff, it would have been much harder for me to get it fixed, as my French is pretty pathetic!

The hotel is not located in the smartest area, being near the train station, but the plethora of cafes, restaurants and the cathedral are only a short walk away. Pros: It is set in Reims! Reims is a beautiful city. The hotel is not located in the smartest area, being near the train station, but the plethora of cafes, restaurants and the cathedral are only a short walk away. The stylish décor of the communal area, reception/bar and restaurant is contemporary and makes for a refreshing outlook.
Cons: The rooms were nothing special, unfortunately not mirroring the quirkiness of the communal area.

Cons: This is the third time I selected this hotel as my prior two previous experience were good but certainly this time was not the case. The room prices keep increasing and the service and the status of your facilities keeps going down, room was dirty, noise and with some many damages in the walls and in the furniture that you cannot notice them. Even thinking to claim reimbursement to the hotel chain, that’s how dissatisfied me and my partner are.

Cons: This is not a hotel. Reception closes at 6:30pm and they do not take phone calls afterwards. But they are fast with billing. So I stood in front of closed doors in the night. Needed to find other hotel and found nice one in the city. Next day I saw a message in booking.com from them telling me about a process with keys sent the last evening. Why they didn't called me or whatsapp or SMS. When I booked them I didn't saw this 6:30 limit. But being honest when I book a hotel in booking I expect offers with whom I can speak at least until 8pm and even later by phone. Else they are not worth to call them a hotel.

Cons: I booked the property as it was advertised as accommodation for 4 with beds for 2people and a sofa bed for 2people. Unfortunately, the sofa bed is quite narrow and quite uncomfortable to sleep 2 people, especially in summer when it’s warm and there is no fan or air conditioning.

Pros: Overall, everything the accommodations at this hotel were above acceptable. The double rooms are a little tight for 2 couples, but manageable since we were rarely inside. We didn't interact much with staff, they seemed accommodating and agreeable. The bathroom was fine, slightly precarious bathtub/shower combo that could use somewhat better enclosure, but completely function with good water pressure. The most redeeming aspect of the hotel was the location. It was at a perfect intersect with the Notre Dame of Reims and the commercial district with lots of shopping and restaurants. There is also a tourism center near the cathedral through which we found an excellent tour to some champagne houses.

The best thing about this hotel may be it's convenient location to a small restaurant right down the street, Le Colibri, that we happened upon by chance. Pros: The hotel is very cosy, little but tidy and pretty. It is in a very nice position in the centre of the city with a very close parking. The couple that runs the hotel is very very kind and welcoming. I had my big german shepherd with me but we had no problems, we could stay in a very nice room together and no one complained of us. The breakfast was good, in a nice little restaurant room. I only spent one night whilst travelling by car from the uk to Italy and I had a lovely time. I would have spent there another night on my way back if there was a room available, but it was full on my return date. Overall, it was great.

Pros: Great location to see the Cathedrale, convenient parking garage right behind the hotel. The best thing about this hotel may be it's convenient location to a small restaurant right down the street, Le Colibri, that we happened upon by chance. This was one of the best meals we had in France. Great service, fantastic food, nice atmosphere.
Cons: No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up a narrow circular staircase, so pack light.

Pros: The hotel is very cosy, little but tidy and pretty. It is in a very nice position in the centre of the city with a very close parking. The couple that runs the hotel is very very kind and welcoming. I had my big german shepherd with me but we had no problems, we could stay in a very nice room together and no one complained of us. The breakfast was good, in a nice little restaurant room. I only spent one night whilst travelling by car from the uk to Italy and I had a lovely time. I would have spent there another night on my way back if there was a room available, but it was full on my return date. Overall, it was great.

Pros: Wifi good, I also liked the fact that you just enter a password to connect. Many hotels are now using systems which ask for an email address for you to log in. Excellent large shower with good water pressure and diverter to switch between overhead or hose spray (room 505). Very close to the railway station. On a street with a lot of restaurants and bars including a good one allied to the hotel which gives a discount for hotel guests. I will be booking again.

Pros: Breakfast was a good buffet with coffee out of a machine which seems the norm in most hotels in France. The hotel is on the main drag and has a restaurant beneath. My partner wanted to watch a particular football match and they put it on for him in their bar! The car park is very close to the hotel - it is a public facility but you can get a discount at the hotel - it worked out at about 15 euros for the night.

Cons: The general lighting in the room could have been better. It was nice to have an Illy coffee machine in the room, but providing paper cups is wrong, for taste and environmental reasons.

Cons: The decor was horrendous! Bright red walls in the bedroom are completely unrelaxing and unattractive . The restaurant at breakfast was completely filled with a Coach party. There was nowhere to have our breakfast other than in the bar area beside the pool table and a tv. The bathroom is small and well worn. The towels were thin and grey! Not at all like other Ibis Styles hotels we have stayed in previously. It is very down market

Cons: It was extremely busy even after requesting a quiet room. We also requested a shower because my partner struggles getting into a bath but that too was ignored. Never offered us the reward card scheme. We shan’t return as since then we have visited the other Best Western and it is a 100 times better as well as better customer service.
