Cons (-) Noise outside of the room was very loud. Could hear adjoining rooms' tv, shower, talking in the corridors. Room smelled of cigarettes AFTER cleaning, didn't notice it before - it was a non-smoking room. It was an attempt at an updated room, but felt like I was staying in a cleaned up old RV. Pros (+) We stay here twice a year while traveling to and from California. Good price, very pet friendly. The rooms are a bit ragged but are clean and great for a quick overnight stay.
Cons (-) Hotel is a bit run down.

Pros (+) The staff did the best the could in a horrible situation
Cons (-) Because they had broken equipment we had to pay in cash. I was left with no actual money and in fact had to borrow change from another patron to pay. Especially since I was in an unknown area and not finished with our vacation this made me angry and frustrated. What really bothered me was it was late at night with a youth order and we had prepaid for the rooms and they couldn't see. So I paid twic...

Cons (-) The sheets on the bed were disgusting.. They were dirty and after driving 9 hours and getting there at 2 am my wife and I had to sleep on one bed with our kids.. All they did at the desk was was say sorry.

Cons (-) No iron and ironing board is a deal breaker. Was attending a funeral next day and needed to press my clothes. The staff's attitude was not helpful

Pros (+) Easy access to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping sites.
Cons (-) When the water was turned on in the bathtub before turning on the shower, it was extremely noisy, sounded like a jack hammer breaking concrete. Thin walls, could hear conversations and tv from adjoining room.,
