Pros: Good breakfast, nice employees
Cons: Mattress was pretty hard but we slept ok. Facilities need a little repair and restoration, but still super cool and charming. New owners have their hands full with it but are doing well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it ALL! It's Beautiful the staff is Wonderful, the Service is Excellent, Rooms Amazing, Breakfast Perfect!
Cons: There was NOTHING not to like - this place is Perfect!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent owners/staff. Amazing residence. The included breakfast was superb.
Cons: Nothing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: This mansion has an incredible history and you get thrown back 130 years from the moment you walk in. The host was engaged and attentive and very welcoming. His transpires the passion for managing this place in spite of the hard work required to run it. Breakfast by the Chef was excellent!
Cons: The location (Reading PA) is no ideal. The neighborhood is occupied by "struggling" families living in old houses. Still, you would stay in this mansion regardless of the location because of its history and charisma. We met couples getting married there within few months; so if it is good for a wedding, the location is good enough. Plenty of safe parking inside the property; We used the car to drive 15 minutes to go to restaurants, not to mention there is the good option to dine at the mansion and go nowhere!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very hospitable hosts and beautiful historical property. Will come again.

Pros: Convenient to WWII Weekend.
Cons: Price has gone up, but staffing appeared inadequate for a sold-out time. There were delays restocking breakfast items, tables were not cleaned in timely fashion, and there was only one person at the front desk at check-in--which took an inordinately long time. Have stayed here for years, but this year, surprisingly, the property did not live up to prior experiences.

Pros: We were actually booked into another area hotel which was so bad we left after the 1st night of a two day stay in the area. After making the reservations here I called them as we had to get out of the terrible place we were in and after explaining our situation to the Courtyard staff they said "to come right over they had a room available and get out of where you are". Got there at 10am and they already had the keys made for our room. The staff at Courtyard made our trip accommodations much better than where we were and we enjoyed the remainder of the visit in Reading. We thank the Courtyard staff for being able to accommodate us with a very early check in. Great place to stay, great service and staff.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: We did not have a refrigerator an a microwave in our room.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Front desk staff were good
Cons: Paid 350 for a 2 night stay in a suite with a balcony come to find it was a slab of Cement with 2 chairs that barely fit, couldn't get the door to go open to go out unless you're he-man , no mini fridge so anything you brought had to sit out, no microwave to warm it back up and eat it, housekeeping spoke zero English so when they ask you what you need today it's a charades game, front desk staff were great I'll give them that. For a no smoking place it sure reeks of weed at 2am through the whole lower level! Ended my trip half a day early because I couldn't stand the smell! Won't be going back there again will take my business elsewhere.

Cons: thought there was continental bfast,, turns out thats wasnt complimentary..
6,7 Good
Pros: The location was very good for me. I also enjoyed the food at the bar on one occasion.
Cons: I came back on my second day there to find one of the windows open. I could not shut it. I had to walk to the front desk to talk to someone because the button on the phone for the front desk did not work. The guy I talked to was nice and he immediately called maintenance. Maintenance arrived about 40 mins later. It took him a bit of time but he eventually basically nailed the window shut and said he would have to replace it. I did not get any maid service at all for 2 different days and it was not because I said I did want service. No one came to my room to service it. The "security" door to get into the area of the hotel where I was staying was broken. When you put your key card in a red light came on but if you pulled the handle up and pushed inward the door opened.

Pros: location. Has restaurant and bar. Price is very reasonable.
Cons: people standing outside all doors smoking

Cons: I didn't like the fact that sell something online that are not giving. They say that breakfast is included when you book online but the reality is that you have to buy your own breakfast because it's a third party company.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the room it was great. TV, Refrigerator, bed and bathroom were clean and working. I did not use the pool but it looked good and it appeared clean. Housekeeping was very courteous, friendly and willing to help.
Cons: I did not like that the hotel did not have a complimentary breakfast. Most chains offer a complimentary breakfast along with other amenities that could end up taking away business from their competitors. The staff at the desk was not as friendly and helpful as other chains. That is why I may choose another hotel next time.
7,5 Good
Pros: The inn has been in this area a very long time. It’s older but kept nice. It’s not over priced for what they offer. Close to many things!Pet Friendly is a huge plus!
Cons: Wish there were microwaves in the rooms! Carpet was vacuumed but needed shampooing, my feet were black after taking a shower and walking in it
7,5 Good
Pros: Price, location.
Cons: Despite the very low price, my arthritis didn't take well to the very low toilet seat, very low desk chair, and the lack of a grab bar for the bath. I have stayed at the Inn numerous times and been well satisfied, this was my first disappointing visit.
