Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near stores, restaurants, and highways, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews noted significant cleanliness issues, with dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests felt the hotel offered reasonable value for the price, though others were disappointed by the lack of amenities such as breakfast and a fitness room. Room sizes and comfort received mixed feedback, with some finding them adequate and others too small or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, cleanliness and upkeep were major concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
