Cons (-) They overbooked their hotel on a busy, holiday weekend. Therefore, leaving me with two young children without a place to stay. On top of that, they didn't notify me of their error until 930 pm. It was next to impossible to find another room at that hour. I was traveling at night, with small children, in a strange area. A true nightmare!
