The carpet was wet and had a mouldy smell which set off my girlfriends asthma. At approximately 01:00 am I went to reception to inform the staff about the issue, it almost seemed as if they didn’t believe me even with my girlfriend standing besides me coughing her lungs out! They wanted to come to the room to see if there as actually a mouldy smell at 1 am!! Rather than just allocating me a new room. I ended having to check out at 1am to look for another hotel Horrible service.
