Pros (+) Beds were comfy. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Loved the perks.
Cons (-) No continental breakfast due to covid. Sack lunches were not good for small children. No room cleaning and never any towels, had to get them ourselves. Rooms stunk.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were able to give me tips on Mount Rushmore and places to eat on Thanksgiving. I liked that it was dog friendly.
Cons (-) There was a dark yellow stain on my bed linens. I was told the pet fee was $20 but when I checked out I was charged a $30 fee. It was a bit noisy. It is a family friendly hotel so you can hear the kid...
