Pros (+) Beds were comfy. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Loved the perks.
Cons (-) No continental breakfast due to covid. Sack lunches were not good for small children. No room cleaning and never any towels, had to get them ourselves. Rooms stunk.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were able to give me tips on Mount Rushmore and places to eat on Thanksgiving. I liked that it was dog friendly.
Cons (-) There was a dark yellow stain on my bed linens. I was told the pet fee was $20 but when I checked out I was charged a $30 fee. It was a bit noisy. It is a family friendly hotel so you can hear the kids running through the halls and if you have kids stomping their feet above your room you can hear them as well.

Pros (+) The pool and hot tub hours were open late, until midnight! The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast was good and small convenience/snack store was nice to have.
Cons (-) The hot tub was overpowering with chlorine.
