Dirty, dated and loud fighting in room above. Had to call police because office would not answer phone

Quiet location though close to HWY. 97 King as advertised
No tea option available, but there was coffee. I was never told if there was a breakfast included, though the web site advertised.

The location was great for me, the bathroom was clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. Having a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker was good and the free breakfast was a bonus.
The facilities show their wear and the rooms are definitely ready for new carpeting.
