-curtains had noticeable dark stains -dusty in area near washroom, had to clean it -lobby felt unattended most times, didn't see no one there, behind closed doors most times -pool felt dirty a bit, noticeable dirt -hot tub not in use, disappointed wasn't told that before booking -no storage, even though on the site it says so. Cons (-) Not overly clean, had to ask for extra towels so each person in our room could have one and felt like it was a bit of an inconvenience.
