Pros:Staff were friendly but could not help much.
Cons:The heating was not working, despite the two attempts to correct the problem. Room change was not possible due to being fully booked. All that could be offered was extra blankets. not very helpful when outside temperature was -4 C. Breakfast was very poor and only skimmed milk available for coffee. They could at least have some cream.

Pros:The ride to and from the airport is quick. The people are nice. It serves its purpose. It costs too much for the quality, but it beats the heck out of sleeping in the airport.
Cons:The room was tiny. The towels had holes in them. The furnishings and fixtures were dated. Again, I was there for an 8-hour sleep, so meh. It's useful.

Pros:Free parking on site with a locked fence The staff was pleasant and professional Close enough to the airport
Cons:The room was dirty smelly The towels were stiff and the bed was uncomfortable We had to wait a long time to get an employee to unlock the fence to get our car out Also there was not an employee at the desk for at least 10 minutes while we were waiting to check out. Free breakfast was not easily located it was in the lower level. By the time we found out it was too late. Also definitely was not in a nice neighborhood.

Cons:Hotel smelled, no bar as advertised, limited tv channels, felt as if unsavory characters roamed the hotels and were hanging around the outside of hotel. Also the staff was not freindly
