I did not like nothing about the hotel. Nothing. It was a dump. This hotel shouldn't be advertising to your site. It was a dump. The room was dirty, worse, it was stink.
I did not get to attend the BF- left at 5am. Location is good- however, my first preference for location was woodside / Jackson Heights
not adequate sign out from front desk attendant (am attendant did not have the phone number of taxi company from the departing attendant)- taxi did not show up (was booked) before 10pm for 5:10am)- was stressful for us (to airport)
The hotel was poor in all respects. Really, I wouldn´t recommend it, rather the opposite.
All lousy and the room stank.
It achieved to have a good location for the US Open. Just one station away from the courts. But definetly the lack of cleaning made it not valuable.
I was not looking for a fancy place, but the room was absolutely not clean. I was not confortable at all. A lot of dust on furniture, bathroom was not clean, neither the carpet.
The breakfast was...... strange. Hot dogs and ramen noodles at breakfast?! Why? Only one type of tea. Coffee - but no coffee cups? They want you to drink your coffee out of a glass cup that is clearly meant to hold juice or milk. Grits. Who eats grits? We're New Yorkers. In New York. This isn't Texas. Give mw oatmeal. Not grits. No real plates, just mini ones? Definitely discouraging people from eating much.
