Good morning breakfast, clean environment, friendly staff, big parking lot, walking distance to the subway train felt like home away from home.
Ordered Indian cuisine looking at the menu card in the room prices differed a lot when questioned the delivery guy said the prices have changed but they did not change the menu card. This was very disappointing.
A good hotel for where it was located.
I liked how helpful the staff were and the room was clean.
The room was too small for a travelling family. They had no free/reasonable airport shuttle and when I asked for a cab they called me an expensive shuttle service.
This is a clean and well maintained facility. It would be difficult to find something to legitimately complain about.
Good breakfast facilities, clean, calm and quite despite having a prime location adjacent to a busy road. Some front desk staffs were excellent.
Business center needs improvements, room spaces slightly inadequate. Few front desk staffs need improvement in terms of professional dealing. Check out time to be extended little more.
Location can be considered good if you know how to get around. I figured out a lot on my last day. The staff were cheerful and polite, but laconic at best and not very helpful. That said, for New York, the place is very comfortable and the subway is not far at all. As for the area, you either like that sort of place or you don't. I do, but it's me.
It IS far away from Manhattan, which is why it can afford to be so comfortable. If there were better help on how to get around, it would be nice.
clean and friendly within walking distance to transportation alternatives.
The hotel is convenient to JFK, a decent value, and relatively comfortable.
quiet & close to subway
phone did not work needed to get two replacements, Iron did not work. But they did replace and fix both
Its too expensive and far away from the city.
hotel located near by bus and subway stations
no room service , if u need something , like extra cup , u have to go to front disck to pick it up your self.
continental breakfast......close to subway...friendly staff....let us check in early
close distance to subway, good location for getting to Manhattan
when arrived we got a room on SC level and it smelled bad, we changed it next day, second room was OK,
