Pros (+) This was my second trip this year and had a good time. It is a pleasant resort close to the beach with nice pools. Food and drinks are good and the staff is always pleasant. The "privileged" rooms are comfortable and well maintained. I don't know about the lower class of rooms.
Cons (-) My first visit was flawless but this time there was a major problem. The A/C failed in our room for 2 days of our visit. It became miserably damp due to the condensation of humidity. The bed was wet. Management never informed us about the problems and left us guessing.
