Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the quality of the breakfast, noting it as a highlight of their stay. However, many reviews pointed out issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and rooms, and several guests mentioned problems with elevator functionality. Service was generally described as adequate, with some positive remarks about staff friendliness, but there were also complaints about slow check-in and limited staff at peak times. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, cleanliness and maintenance require improvement.
