Pros (+) We had an amazing rep introduce us to the hotel and city and hooked us up with an amazing room. the room had great aesthetics and had everything we needed for our long stay. The hotel was close to a lot of attractions, although china town street wasn't as lively as promoted.
Cons (-) whether it was our floors cleaners but for some reasons we always found ourselves missing our complimentary breakfast request bags. This lead us to request breakfast over the phone but we didn't get it. We had hit and miss service from the attached restaurants and bars.
