Pros (+) I found a deal online so I was happy with the price I paid for a city hotel. The doormen were great.
Cons (-) Check in was at 3 and we were not given a room until 3:30 (even though the staff implied we would be checked in earlier as we dropped our bags with the front desk around 1). The location is borderline rough; I wouldn't want to be a single woman there. For a 4 star property I expect much friendlier staff.

Pros (+) I loved the decor, and the room felt new and clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the toiletries were excellent. The windows were huge, and there were soft white curtains and blackout curtains. The room was very quiet at night. There is no coffee maker in the room, but there is coffee provided in the lobby, plus you are just steps away from great coffee shops. The location is perfect. Close to pu...
