Pros (+) I liked the staff, the location, the restaurant, the soaking pool, the decor, the room, the themes, the lyrics, the view, the charm...
Cons (-) Since the Crystal is a renovated but charming old building with charming old windows, street noise can be intrusive (trash day can be brutal). Now that I know what the earplugs in the nightstands are for, my stays are much more pleasant.
