Staff went so far above and beyond the Ritz Carlton would be jealous. This was enough to assure we would return despite a few imperfections. There are really good internet rates available if you dig for them. It makes no sense for the Mark to charge so darn much for parking when there are so many less expensive options so nearby. Pros (+) Loved this hotel! Had a noise problem from rowdy neighbors both nights but the staff was amazing! They compensated our parking, one night stay AND a bottle of wine! We will definitely stay here again! Fun hotel!
