The $24/day guest amenities fee is a rip off & we were told that the $15 credit against it would be daily. When we got the bill & found that we had recieved only $15 off for 2 days, we called & were told this time that it was a per stay credit, not a per day credit. The pillows were very hard & uncomfortable. There was only 1 chair in the room &, one of us had to sit propped up on the bed in order to read. The chairs in the lobby were extremely uncomfortable, not a place to sit & read. Prining out our boarding passes took over 45 minutes & even the front desk staff had difficulty figuring out how to do so.
I liked the cleanliness and overall vibe of the facility.
The amenity fee. My guest and I didn’t use any amenities and $25 per night for something you don’t use is a little hefty. The amenity should either be included in the price or optional if you elect to use the amenities.
Good for the price. Nice size room, good view. Comfy bed, just needs a little Maintainence. Slow draining sink, toilet paper roll fell off, television connection was a little iffy and required patience. Excellent restaurant!!
The service was impeccable. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. I’ve been traveling more lately and these people are top notch. The atmosphere in the hotel was something to savor too. Would stay here again.
The parking rate for a car was a little pricey
Cool hotel Loved that it had a restaurant and bar Outdoor area and activity closet was awesome
Billing was incorrect
