I called to ask about a charge for a "resort fee" that did not appear on my booking details invoice from Kayak. The person at the hotel quickly became very defensive about my question, (I was charged twice for the fee which only appears once on my invoice). The staff person was very dismissive of my concern, was not interested in the facts of my concern. Rather she simply repeated her claim despit...

I loved the art, the room layout, and the staff. It was a great place. I remember the sheets being a little rough but that was minor.. I will stay there again when I return

Pros (+) There was nothing the staff wouldn’t do to assist and make my stay better. They were all so friendly & efficient. The room was really comfortable and well appointed. Loved the music playing when I walked in the room. The Imperial Restaurant had seriously fantastic food. The hotel’s location was great. They gave me an unrequested upgrade. Did I say how incredible the staff were? So wonderful!
Cons (-) That I had to leave.

Pros (+) The location is great. You're close to plenty of great restaurants, museums and late night spots. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and include nice touches like USB ports on the lamps and recycling bins. And you get free beer every night.
Cons (-) The rooms are a bit small, so you might want to upgrade to the larger rooms when you book. No closet space.
