The room was not clean enough. You can see lots of dust on the table or lamps. I don’t event want to tough them. The air conditioner was not working well! No matter how much degree you set on it, the room temperature is always lower than you set in many hours! We turned off the AC during the nights, but still cold, very cold!
We loved the location of the hotel, the happy hours and the games in the communal areas (there are so much space to sit and relax outside of the room). Our room was really nice and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. The staff was great. We really had no issue at all during this stay and loved every bits of it.
I wish I knew there was coffee available in the morning. I woke up too late to have some and I missed not having hot drinks available throughout the day. However it is a minus detail. I would add that there was not much surface in the bathroom to put our stuff but it was not a big deal.
The hotel was extremely dog friendly and it felt like a true family vacation. The hotel service was exceptional. Wine during happy hour while a live band was playing was a nice added bonus. We truly enjoyed or stay.
Hotel is a little old. Windows let in noise from the street easily. Shower pressure was very low (May only be room 418).
Beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff
The areas nearby with grass for dogs were all fenced in. Had to walk farther to get to the river so they could go potty. It’s not the hotels fault though but it did suck at night to have to go that far. If your dogs go on pavement then you should be fine.
Needs fan in bathroom
