Cons (-) This is an old, worn out property in need of remodeling and airing out. The bathroom door could not be fully opened because it runs into a coat rack. The bottom floor, ocean-facing rooms are on an alley which feels sketchy safety-wise. We had no problems, but I would have blocked the door or not stayed there if I was alone.
