Cons:
The pick up was unorganized and took a bit for anyone to acknowledged me. They seemed to be understaffed and not aware of what was going on. The office was extremely hot and was not well kept.9,2 Wonderful

Cons:
They told us we would have a Kia online and ended up with a very small car that was hard to get our luggage in. Any other car was going to be exceptionally more expensive so we didn’t really have a choice.9,6 Wonderful

Pros:
I was due to drop off my car at 5pm, I arrived at 4:55 and the Office was already closed. This meant I was unable to confirm an alternative payment method for the final balance as well as not being there to oversee an inspection.Cons:
I can’t believe they had closed early. I also needed to get a cab to the ferry port which I no longer could as they couldn’t call for me! Thankfully the kindness of strangers prevailed, but not impressed.10,0 Wonderful
