Pros: Friendly staff and complimentary nice, warm breakfast. Great location!

Cons: For a immaculate hotel, the baseboards in rooms should be cleaned once in a while.

6,0 Good
Pros: Pretty hotel on the inside. Nice view of the river. Close to casinos.
Cons: Super loud. Cars rev their engines all night long, I guess because the hotel is right by the casino. Based on the outside noise and the sub-par location, I wouldn't think that this hotel should get any more than 4 stars.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Typical Four Seasons attention to detail and customer service.
Cons: The restaurant was not up to Four Seasons standards.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The location was central to all the tourist attractions.
Cons: Except for front desk, all other staff were unwelcoming and not helpful. Also they only provided one bar of soap that had to be used for both the sink and the shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Had an amazing view of the City with a roof top pool! The restaurant was lovely!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All staff were great, Valet, front desk and anyone you came across.
7,1 Good
Pros: In general everything. Big fan of Four Seasons, and in St. Louis this is the only five-star option that merits the prices. Beautiful views of the arch, river, and downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice spa and wonderful gym.
Cons: Got stuck here for a week... there was not a single day or night where service was seamless. From not restocking the coffee bar, to the bed being way too soft, to the key cards getting demagnetized and losing 20 mins going up and down in the elevators, to the terrible restaurant downstairs (service, food, kitchen wait times), to room service continuously burning our breakfast toast, a million of tiny details that had they been individual one-off's wouldn't have been a big deal. But one week. Every day and night, these tiny things added up to a constant annoyance and frustration, which was more annoying when the final check out and bill arrived (which again took 20 mins to correct the info we told them we needed on it when we originally checked in). Very disappointing experience from Four Seasons. We also skipped actual spa treatments, between difficulty booking times and the outrageous prices. Been to Four Seasons and their spas around the world, these spa prices in St. Louis made no sense.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, superb staff
Cons: I wish they would have told us bottled water was included
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The Lounge area was or is special. Especial a great view of the ARCH
Cons: Parking was confusing

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Hotel. Fabulous room. The view was amazing, extra requests catered for in style Loved the pool.
Cons: The outside bar was shut Some fillming being done
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The shuttle to the game
Cons: A pool waiter who took it upon himself to correct us regarding where we were sitting outside! When there were very few people outside!
7,0 Good
Pros: The staff, especially the front desk and room service personnel
Cons: I was enjoying my late checkout 10:00 and the alarm went off while i was in the shower, I got out quick grabbed everything and my dog and walked down 7 flights tilll someone told me in was a practice drill. I left the hotel without the crispy bacon and English muffin, so I left rushed unable to enjoy the suite for the last two hours, no breakfast, and lost a 100 bill at the front desk, this is a premier hotel which( should have tried harder to make up for their scheduled drill which ruined my stay

Pros: This Drury Inn had the friendliest staff. My daughter and I were greeted every time we passed by the front desk. They were very helpful with questions and a recommendation for a dinner restaurant upon checking in. We felt very comfortable and safe here!

Pros: It’s convenient location in proximity the the airport.

Pros: We really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options each day.
Cons: We had a phone call about midnight on our last night's stay. Didn't get it answered in time. Then, maintenance came to our door. They had to inspect our tub due to a leak below us. We could then hear water dripping in our walls by the sink.

Pros: The complimentary breakfast had a very good variety and a good time range. The pool was a nice size for the kids to play in. Close to highway access. Location close to sights and attractions. Nice room setup with king bed and sofabed for kids.
Cons: The height of the bathroom sink was very high. My young kids were unable to reach without being lifted up by an adult, it was even a little high for me, an average adult. There are only 2 hooks in bathroom, so few spots to hang towels and swimsuits.

Pros: Friendly personnel, price performance ratio
Cons: There was a stain on my pillow, popcorn smell all around the hotel, poor breakfast buffet
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are beautiful and clean. The room had a refrigerator and wine opener which was perfect. The Chase Park lounge had live music and a fun atmosphere. The movie theater was a nice touch although we did not see a movie during our stay.
Cons: What happened to microwaves in hotel rooms? Can we get them back please. The tenderloin room had a nice atmosphere but a very limited menu. The fitness center was somewhat difficult to locate and did not have a sauna even though they offer classes. For the price, it would be nice for some of these additional options.

Pros: Location. Amenities.
Cons: My room had a terrible view but other than that it was great. And there was no mention of the 25.00 cost to park overnight.

Pros: The hotel is really beautiful and all Christmas decorations were awesome. There’s a nice restaurant on the ground floor. We booked 2 large rooms with bedrooms. The room on the 8th floor was absolutely perfect! Very beautiful, with spacious bathroom. All looked new and stylish. We really enjoyed it! The same category room on the 9th floor was much worse(( It was different in design, more simple, kind of old and unpleasant. The bathroom was smaller, darker and not cosy.

Cons: Made our trip to the Lou that much better.

Pros: Comfy beds and pillows, nice reception, great breakfast. Great value.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and made us and others feel welcome. After working all day, coming back to the hotel to have a bite to eat at the kickback meal is much better than sitting in a restaurant. The staff seem truly happy to see us.
Cons: Not a thing went wrong.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the food and the drinks
Cons: Nothing that I did not like
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The complimentary drinks and food.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: the room was clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was also good.
Cons: I called to reserve 2 rooms, and requested 1 of the rooms on the ground floor for my 88 year old mother who uses a cane, moves very slowly, has a lot of difficulty with stairs, and hates elevators. I included my credit card to guarantee both rooms stating we would be there about 10pm. We arrived about 9:45 and were told there were no rooms available on the ground floor. This was a big problem for my mother, but I helped her with the elevator. The next morning I asked at the desk how I should reserve the room in the future to insure one was on the ground floor. (I’m taking my Mother on road trips since my Father died Oct 21, 2018 so this is an important issue.) I was told there is no way to do that. Consequently, the rooms I’ve reserved on 2 other days, have been to other hotel chains.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Food was great, happy hour was relaxing.
Cons: Hotel didn’t honor my husband’s military discount.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hot breakfast and evening snacks/drinks.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
Cons: No Complaints
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious, comfortable rooms, and excellent beds. Every area of the place was very clean and well cared for. The free breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a motel/hotel—great food choices, careful and attentive staff. A fine pool, also.
Cons: We had a good laugh at the evening “free drinks” offer. Tiny, tiny, tiny drink (about a teaspoonful) with tons of ice! Tasted like cheap rail liquor, also. They should offer one free drink (not three!) and make it a fairly normal one. Also, no food needed with it—just have popcorn.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful. The lady who made breakfast was pleasant.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: we loved the size of the room and the cleanliness The staff was very accomodating and friendly.
