Pros (+) The staff were amazing. The grounds are incredibly manicured and maintained. The facilities sparkle. Dinner at Los Murales was remarkable. The breakfast options at La Palapa del Sol were really enjoyable and nightly specials kept it interesting. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Our entire family had a wonderful week there.
Cons (-) Like all resorts in Playa Del Carmen, they are struggling with the seaweed coming in on the beach. It's a never-ending battle. Given the value for what we paid, I don't have any suggestions.
