Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to malls, restaurants, and other attractions. Breakfast was also appreciated by several guests for its quality and variety. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, musty smells, mold, and pests. Service at the front desk and housekeeping received criticism for being unhelpful or inattentive. Bed comfort was another negative point, with some guests finding the beds and pillows uncomfortable or of low quality. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room comfort.

Wonderful

Teresa M, Jan 2017

Pros (+) The location was prime, our room was great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were tempted to extend our stay by one additional day but for our obligations at home. Even with their exterior renovations, there was no disruption of our stay.
