Pros (+) The room was fine for a cruise stop-over and the restaurant has various food options. The Plantation location is very nice and there is a good selection of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The shuttle to the cruise port was great but it is no longer free ($12.50 per person).
Cons (-) The shuttle from the airport is not reliable, we were told it would arrive in 30 minutes and after waiting an hour were told it was on it's way. Other guests were waiting over two hours at the airport. This was the worst airport shuttle service of the Ft. Lauderdale hotels we have stayed at and we ended up paying for a taxi to get to the hotel. Although Plantation is a nice area we will not stay h...

Pros (+) This hotel front desk staff is overall very pleasant and accommodating, and the facilities are fair. I enjoyed the management staff as they were attentive and found solutions to issues quickly and efficiently. The air conditioning works GREAT!
Cons (-) The rooms are poorly lit, the cafe bar staff was rude and did not attend to customers quickly, and the beds and technology was terrible. The hotel is located in an area with very little choices in food and shopping. This is purely a business related hotel.
